In Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, poses (asanas) are seamlessly connected through flowing movements, creating a smooth and energizing flow of asanas, as demonstrated in the video.
Yin yoga, on the other hand, is a much gentler practice where we hold each pose for an extended period (around 3 minutes), allowing for deep relaxation and release.
During class, I offer variations of each pose, ranging from beginner-friendly to more advanced options. There’s no need to force yourself into a movement—every body is unique and requires individual attention. Yoga is a deeply personal experience.

Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is what you learn on the way down.

Who am I?
Since the age of six, I trained in rhythmic gymnastics at a competitive level. After struggling with back injuries, I discovered yoga—a practice that not only relieved my back pain but also transformed my life.
Yoga has had a profound impact on me, both physically and mentally, offering me a daily compass to live authentically and mindfully.
Today, I share my passion and experience through my own yoga classes, continually deepening my knowledge through a consistent personal practice and ongoing education.
I hold teaching certifications from BLOSO, the Flemish Trainers School (VTS), GymFed, the Center for Adult Education (CVA), Antwerp Yoga, and Edel Maex.
