Workshop intuitive painting

Let your feelings flow on canvas

During the intuitive painting workshops, we consciously take time to reconnect with our inner child.

We explore different materials and techniques and create from there a unique piece, from within, guided by feeling.

Beyond the final result of your own creation, the process itself is at least as healing, connecting, and liberating.

Hi there!

How lovely that you’ve found your way to this workshop page.

I believe things don’t come onto our path by coincidence. We are often guided by an energy we cannot see, but can deeply feel and embody.

It is from this energy that I paint myself. During the monthly workshops, I gently guide you toward that place within, where feeling and expression can flow. In intuitive painting, the process is therefore at least as important, and often even more important, than the final result.

And that is exactly where the healing power of art lives.

Together we explore a few techniques, after which you create your own unique work.

Workshops take place monthly on Friday (7–10 pm) and/or Saturday (11 am–2 pm). They are usually held in Dutch but can be offered in English upon request.

What to expect

During the workshop, you are given the space and tools to create freely.

We begin with a short guided meditation to gently tune in and reconnect with ourselves.

After that, we go through a few basic techniques, such as color mixing, material use, and composition.

In a playful way, you will explore different materials and approaches, without pressure or expectations.

After a short break with a snack and drink, you continue working on your personal piece.

Because acrylic paint needs time to dry, we often work in layers and sometimes on multiple boards at once.

At the end of the workshop, you go home with your own unique canvas board, ready to frame and display as a lasting reminder of this process of feeling, connecting, and creating.
