A thousand thanks have crossed my mind over the past months. I haven't seen my family for over 1,5 years (!) due to the worldwide pandemic. 

It is during these times that distance is hard and life is unfair, but never have I ever been more grateful to life for keeping them safe and healthy.

Ofcourse I also made a portrait of my other, Russian grandmother, Natalia Goncharova.
